In a daring hunting
trip in Cameroon, a man believed to be from G’bayas tribe usies his leg to lure
a python.
Some traditionally
prepared potion is smeared onto his legs and then wrapped with lint.
He then inserts his
wrapped leg into a pit hole and lays there waiting under the spell of hot sun
until he achieves his goal. He puts the other leg on top of the hole to prevent
being sucked in.
Once, he feels the
bite, he signals to his peers to make their next move. So they pulled the man
outside the hole. True enough, something larger had already swallowed half his
leg and still holding on to it.
These Africans will then
use the skin to make purse and wallets while the eggs and meat are eaten.
Bon Appétit, anyone!!
