5 YEAR OLD GIRL HYPNOTIZES ANIMALS TO SLEEP

A 5 year old girl hypnotized animals with her soft tone of voice and stroke of her hands to an amazed panel of judges in a Chinese reality show called the Impossible Challenge. This show is similar to Britain’s Got Talent. It was reported that the girl, Han Jiaying first discovered her talent a year ago when someone brought a frog to her kindergarten in which she hypnotized.

There were 5 animals that were put to test which included a dog, chicken, rabbit, frog and a lizard. She was saying, “Sleep dog, sleep dog otherwise Daddy will be angry, Sleep chicken, sleep otherwise Brother will hit you” and the crowd began to laugh with her invocation dialogue. She stroked each animal while talking to the animals to go to sleep and then laid them on their back.

In the beginning, it appeared as the animals were instantly under a trance until the dog and frog got up shortly which drew laughter from the panel judges. She ran back to the animals that woke up and repeated her procedure until all the animals were motionless under her spell for a few seconds to the amazement of all.

After a few seconds of spellbound, she then commanded them to wake up, and sure enough, all the animals rose up by themselves instantly.

In the end, it was the time of the 3 panel judges to decide whether it was a go or no go for her talent. The two male judges gave their reasoning why they were not impressed and gave her the red light meaning she failed to impress them. But, the female judge who was impressed with her performance gave her the green light in support of her performance to a smiling Jiaying.

Some experts who viewed the video told GB Times that the trick uses a natural reflex called “tonic immobility” or “apparent death”. Some animals appear as temporarily paralyzed in response to an external threat such as a predator. Humans can also induce the tonic mobility by gently restraining an animal especially when on its side or its back.

A MAN WHO WENT CATFISHING FISHES OUT CAT FROM RIVER

Two men from Jefferson County, Jason Frost and his friend Brandon Key went out fishing at the Alabama River on August 29th for catfish. They instead ended up saving the two kittens that swam 50 meters across the river and boarded their boat.

The men heard a splash from a distance and only realized that it was a kitten when it got close enough and by the purring sounds it made as it swam closer to reach the boat and soon started to shoot this video. “You are not going to believe what is swimming towards our boat” as he turned looking into the camera.

This was followed by the second kitten that also jumped into the river and swam towards the boat. One of the men even joked that the kittens were twins. Mr. Frost, after saving the second kitten turned to the camera and said, “Well, there is a first time for everything, isn’t there?” Frost believes that the two kittens were dumped in the wilderness and left to fend for themselves.

Ohh.... the cat has a new home now. It says thanks to the kindness of Mr. Jason Frost for allowing them to board their boat and also find them a family that had adopted them and shower them with love daily. Thanks. God Bless you.

Those kittens had the right intuition by swimming towards the boat as these two gentlemen were kind hearted and were willing to share their space in the boat with these two lovely kittens. Thanks to this two kind hearted gentlemen, the two kittens are now adopted to a family with two little girls.

GIRL POSSESSED IN SCHOOL (with video-see it before deleted)

A secondary school girl believed to be from SMK Cheras was said to be possessed. It is not known where the girl who is clad in a yellow jersey was when she was possessed. Classroom students who witnessed this terrifying incident on the first floor was seen shouting when she slammed open the classroom door with students inside.

She seemed oblivious to what’s happening to her and was breaking the window glass with her bare hands. The terrified students inside the classroom could be heard screaming. There had been many requests from viewers of this video presumably the same school students requesting this video be deleted because they do not want to jeopardize the good name of the school or the student in question.

There were quite a many others who were saying that those who watch this video had disturbances during their sleep. However, I am skeptical about this haunting claim as I did watch last night and had a pretty good sleep.

I am not sure if this video will remain here for long or will soon be deleted. Here it is:

I was wondering if the exam pressure may have had an impact on this student as the time now is getting close to the year end. What I did not understand is why the students did not get any help or seek the intervention of the teachers to calm the situation. As this incident happened on the first floor, the safety of this girl was at stake like what if she suddenly jumps out of the building and breaks her neck. I hope that this girl gets some help before it is too late.

SRI SRI RADHA KRISHNA TEMPLE OF DEVOTION AND UNDERSTANDING OPENS IN SEBERANG JAYA, MALAYSIA

Sri Sri Radha Krishna temple, the First Vedic Temple of Devotion and Understanding (TODU) had performed consecration on the August 29th, 2015 between 10am – 1pm. It was done in conjunction with Sri Bala Purnima & Holy Appearance Day of Lord Balarama. The temple was built and designed according to the principles of ancient vedic geomancy a.k.a. “Vaasthu Shastra”.

It is the largest Radha Krishna temple in South East Asia which is now open to the public. The octagonal shaped 3 storey temple worth RM10 million with 16 ornate dome-shaped pavilions (chatris) is located in Seberang Jaya, Penang, Malaysia. The 30.5m tall building includes 12 lion figurines sitting on top of 3 Shikara domes rising up to 26m. These ornamental works was done by 14 artisans that were brought from India. The octagonal & pyramidal shape is designed for natural light penetration & ventilation.

The temple established by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) provides free food during lunch time every Fridays also proposes to instruct devotees on Yoga, chanting, spirituality, run an educational center which also includes a Srila Prabhupada Gallery. Simheswara, the building committee chairman explained that “the locations of the 16 chatris on the octagon were aligned with the celestial rulers of the 8 directions. Each direction, North, South, East, West, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southwest represents the various incarnations or avatars of Lord Krishna.”

ISKCON National General Secretary Simheswara Dasa explained that the temple was modeled after India’s 2 famous temples which are Jagannath in Puri & Krishna Balaram in Vrindavan. This temple was envisioned by the society’s founder, CC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada when he made a visit to Malaysia in 1971. He had then left a rough sketch of the temple with instructions for the devotees here to follow. It has come to reality now after 44 years. Swami Prabhupada passed on to the other side in 1977 but his legacy continues for decades even after he has left.

The building has an elevator which was built with the elderly in mind and a few of the rooms will be used to store Lord Krishna’s attire and flowers. The mezzanine floor was dedicated to the founder as the Srila Prabhupada Gallery in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of ISKCON. Lord Krishna and Radha will be placed in the main temple hall on the first floor while the 10 statues of the incarnations of Lord Krishna will also be placed within the temple.

Adjacent to the building is a 4 storey multipurpose hall which has an open dining hall to provide free vegetarian food, 10 guest rooms & a viewing gallery. Meanwhile, the cultural centre at the hall will house a restaurant, a gift and Vedic books shop, an education centre plus meeting rooms.

Here are some snapshots that I captured during the consecration ceremony for the benefit of those who missed this auspicious ceremony:
